The Kedarnath Yatra usually begins from Sonprayag or Gaurikund. Pilgrims travel from Sonprayag to Gaurikund and then start a 16 km trek to reach the holy Kedarnath Temple. Visitors can reach Kedarnath by trekking, pony, palki or helicopter services. The route passes through scenic landscapes and spiritual surroundings that make the journey divine and memorable.
